SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding tracking information.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days after the item has shipped.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery, typically within 2-3 business days after shipping.

SHIPPING FEES

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Project 029 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “shipped” or “delivered” by the carrier.
